These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the StemLab Regenerative Clinic peptide protocol platform at peptides.stemlabclinic.com ("Platform"), operated by StemLab Regenerative Clinic ("StemLab," "we," "our," or "us").
By accessing the Platform, placing an order, or submitting a health intake form, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
IMPORTANT: This Platform facilitates access to clinician-prescribed compounded medications. All compounds are prepared by a licensed 503A compounding pharmacy pursuant to an individual prescription. These are not FDA-approved drug products. Clinician approval is required before any compound is dispensed or shipped.

This Platform provides access to elective, non-emergency compounded peptide and wellness compounds under clinician supervision. It is not a substitute for emergency medical care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.
Use of this Platform establishes a limited telehealth relationship for the purpose of clinician review and protocol authorization. Dr. Rachel Deutsch, DNP reviews your intake for the purpose of determining whether to authorize the requested compound protocol. This relationship is limited in scope and does not constitute primary care or ongoing medical management.
All orders are subject to clinical review by Dr. Rachel Deutsch, DNP or a designated licensed clinician. StemLab reserves the right to decline any order deemed clinically inappropriate based on the information provided in your intake form. If your order is declined, you will receive a full refund.
You agree to provide accurate and complete health information in your intake form. Providing false or misleading information may result in termination of service and potential liability.
The compounds dispensed through this Platform are compounded medications, not FDA-approved drug products. Compounded medications are not subject to FDA review for safety, efficacy, or manufacturing quality in the same manner as FDA-approved products. All compounds are prepared by a licensed 503A compounding pharmacy pursuant to an individual clinician prescription.
Retatrutide (referred to as GLP-3) is an investigational compound not approved by the FDA for any indication. It is dispensed exclusively as a compounded preparation pursuant to an individual clinician prescription issued by a licensed practitioner following clinical review of your intake. By ordering this compound, you acknowledge that you understand its investigational status.

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. By submitting payment, you authorize StemLab to charge the amount specified for your selected protocol. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change. Your order is confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email following clinician review and authorization.
Dr. Rachel Deutsch, DNP is licensed to practice and prescribe in Arizona, California, Florida, Illinois, Nevada, Tennessee, and Texas. Orders are only accepted from residents of these states. Orders are fulfilled after clinical review and authorization by a licensed clinician in your state of residence.
Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary. StemLab is not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. Compounded medications must be shipped to the address on file and cannot be redirected. You are responsible for ensuring your shipping address is in a state where StemLab is authorized to operate.
Due to the nature of compounded pharmaceutical products, all sales are final once an order has been clinically reviewed and shipped. Exceptions:
You agree not to: use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; resell or redistribute compounds obtained through this Platform; provide false health information to obtain a prescription authorization; or attempt to circumvent the clinical review process. Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of service, forfeiture of payment, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.
By submitting your clinical intake form and completing checkout, you confirm that you have been informed of and understand the following:
By using this Platform you consent to receiving telehealth services from StemLab. You understand that: telehealth involves the delivery of healthcare services using electronic communications; the clinician reviewing your intake may not be physically present; telehealth has potential risks including limitations in the clinician's ability to conduct a full physical examination; and you retain the right to seek in-person care at any time. You acknowledge that telehealth services are subject to the laws and regulations of your state of residence.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless StemLab Regenerative Clinic, its clinicians, staff, affiliates, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, your provision of false or inaccurate health information, or your misuse of any compound obtained through this Platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, StemLab Regenerative Clinic, its staff, clinicians, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or compounds purchased through it, including but not limited to adverse health outcomes, loss of data, or business interruption. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you paid for your most recent order. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona. You waive any objection to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and StemLab Regenerative Clinic with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.
